One of them, the 'Pound' or 'Pound Fitness' exercise, which is an innovative cardio workout. The exercise combines music; dance and drumming using a special percussion instrument known as 'Ripstix', which can burn calories; increase core strength; stamina and is fun.

 

The energetic, agile movements and the noise from the green 'Ripstix' beats make this workout unique. The workout is done to a rhythm and is a combination of yoga; pilates with mostly cardio sessions inspired by drumming movements.
